Meeting Minutes

7:00 PM The Minutes for December 22, 2015 were read and accepted with amendments noted.
Acting Chairperson, Don Beal, asked for nominations for ZBA Chairperson.
Ron Seaburg nominated Tom Kenney. Don Beal seconded the motion. There were
no other nominations. Don and Ron voted in favor of Tom Kenney as Chairperson
of the ZBA. Tom accepted the position.
Tom was sworn in for the position by Town Clerk, Sharon Ashleigh.
The Board will send a letter to Fred Beaulieu in appreciation for his years of service to the Board as a member and Chairperson.
7:35 PM The Board reviewed the Special Permit application submitted by Aaron and Jess Sivula.
The application is incomplete. Tom will call Aaron and ask him to update his application with more information regarding setbacks, and property lines.
The Board also reviewed the Special Permit Application of Donald Laing.
8:05 PM Tom moved to adjourn the meeting. Don Beal seconded the motion. All voted to adjourn.
